Morgan County USA is a grassroots organization focussed on sustainable
development in Morgan County, West Virginia. It is a place of great change
where the rural lifestyle is quickly developing into strip malls and housing
developments. We designed the website to help counter "out-of-control-
development" by featuring resident interviews and relevant news. Located
in a county that is hugely under-served by broadband, the site also had to
be easily accessed by dial-up users.
